Refunds/Returns
We will gladly replace the item(s), or refund your credit card account in the unlikely event your merchandise is damaged in shipping. You must notify us by email at rventures1@yahoo.com, within five (5) working days of receiving the damaged merchandise. A return authorization email will be issued to you for returning of the item(s). A copy of this email must be included with the returned package. Damaged item(s) being returned must be in the condition received; do not try to fix it, just return item(s) in original packaging and shipping box(es).
Refunds will be made to credit card account for any other item(s) returned for reasons other than damage.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on item(s) returned for reasons other than damage. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return of undamaged item(s) must be in original packaging and condition. You must notify us by email at rventures1@yahoo.com, within five (5) working days prior to returning item(s). You will receive a return authorization email. A copy of this email must be included with the returned package. Return postage and insurance (which is required) is the customer’s responsibility.
Reminder: Item(s) must be in original packing and shipping box(es).
The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Account will be refunded after the item(s) has been received. Allow minimum of 14 days for credit.
Note: Item(s) either damaged, or returned will not accepted without copy of the authorization email.
All Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Not responsible for late delivery due to post office or other methods of shipping.
